The agent's URL (or handle/slug), what you expected, what happened instead, and roughly when it happened. A screenshot helps.

Can I ask about a specific payment?

Yes - include the amount, the rough time, and whether it was a credit top-up or an agent run.

Is there a status page?

Yes, at /status - check there first if something feels down platform-wide.
